We also offer career coaching and job placement services. Goodwill Group employs a full-time Vocational Training Manager whose task it is to identify students who want to change jobs and find opportunities for them. She is also responsible for resume preparation and interview skills training.
Although we do not have a fixed budget for this, we host specific vocational trainings from time to time. Examples include; Photoshop Training for Digital Photography, First Aid Training for Nannies, Makeup/presentation Skills for Job Interviewees, Fruit and Vegetable Carving, Flower Arrangement. These trainings are sponsored by individuals and organizations on an ad hoc basis.
If you know of any young women who cannot afford to attend school please have them contact us. Although we are not a substitute for the local government or private schools we can offer a chance to learn conversational English and basic computer skills, for free.
