Title: Administrative Officer
Reports to: Program Manger
The Administrative Officer will assist the Program Manger in the day-to-day management of the office and manage it in her absence.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Counsel and advise students as needed
· Assist students seeking jobs
· Register and interview new students
· Inputting student data into PC database
· Create and analyze database reports
· Communication of important information to students and volunteers
· List management (volunteer/newsletter)
· Report donation and attendance statistics to management
· Manage the Petty Cash fund
· Other duties as assigned by the Program Manager
Candidates should be comfortable with spoken and written English and will ideally have the following characteristics:
· Women only
· Native Thai with proficiency in English (written and spoken)
· Well-organized with attention to detail
· Enthusiastic, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills
· Experience with working with people in an developing area is a plus
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Esp. Excel)
· Some travel upcountry may be required
